“Half of the troubles of this life can be traced to saying yes too quickly and not saying no so...
We have numerous ways to engage the audience and usually will work with the organizer to determine what would be best based on the group, size of the venue and desired results.
All workshops have takeaways and involve the audience addressing, working through and planning their behaviour change (this is different per presentation). This involves minimal lecture style, and much more interaction (with the whole group, and breakouts into smaller groups). For the workshop, it can be focused on general habit development or focused on a specific topic of the conference is keen on (example: health habits, or workplace productivity habits). The workshop also involves a workbook or workbook type handout, again this depends on the audience size.
Create Behaviours That Last
We are the sum of our daily habits. The right habits can create a framework that facilitates your success. The wrong habits can leave you unproductive, unhealthy and burnt out. The problem: creating or changing habits can be challenging. In this workshop the audience will learn research-based approaches to create and maintain new habits and how habits can change complex behaviours.
Excellent speaker! Loved her passions and enthusiasm.
A strong feature of Lisa's talk was her obvious passion for the topic - and her humour.
This is one of the highest ratings I have seen for our conference keynote presentation.
